Here on this page you will find photo-reproductions of General Andrew Ward’s will, dated 20 January, 1796, from Ancestry.com’s collection entitled Connecticut, U.S., Wills and Probate Records, 1609-1999. In the fourth and fifth images (below) he lays out his request that there be a burying ground for himself and his descendants where his two grandsons were buried in 1794.
